Fancy Nancy Tea!

We had a small tea party for Gracie's birthday! We did a big girl drop off party and I loved entertaing the girls with making over the top fancy headbands enjoying petitefores and canolis and dressing up!

We had her family party at Enchanted Island!

We went to the Disney store with our little Snow White and let her pick out her presents... it was clearly exhausting ;)

That night David and I took our big girl to Rainforest cafe for a special hot lava chocolate cake!

It is a sad time in our life when we become so dependent on a material item! Well... I have to say I shed a tear or two for our beautiful camera... not because of the camera itself (definitely pricey) but because of the memories and moments we captured from it!

There is a reason why I have not updated my blog... no pictures to post :( Thankfully my sis gave us back our point and shoot camera we had lent them after getting our DLSR so we were able to capture DISNEYLAND!

As soon as I can find the cable to upload the pictures I will post those!!

My FANCY Gracie!

Gracelyn is lately in love with everything fancy... okay okay she has ALWAYS been in love with everything dress up, heels bows, ribbons etc. She just stumbled upon the Fancy Nancy books and loves them!! For her birthday this year she wants a fancy nancy party. Since it is an off year she gets to have a few freinds over to make FANCY crafts, drink out of FANCY tea cups and play dress up!

I saw this posh party dress at ROSS and have been waiting for the right time to get it. I was afraid with Halloween coming that it would get snactched up so we went ahead and purchased it... can't beat 7.99!

She wears it all the time!! Just look at the way she poses in it haha

We are already collecting more Fancy Nancy books and looking at getting some more fun dress up pieces... stay tuned for the Fancy Nancy Splendiferous Birthday Bash... I am up to my eyeballs in pearls, tulle, bows oh my!
