Like I have stated in previous blogs... my WHOLE family are HUGE Disneyland folks! We are committed Disney travelers. We are so silly that we even know all the secrets. Special restaurants, secret doors, short cuts, all the crazy stories etc... Not to mention that all three of us sisters (and mom.. the BEST chaperone ever!) all performed at Disneyland in Jr. High so we have been to the backside of Disneyland... behind the scenes.. which of course when you are young is like going into the actual fairy tale... though just a dressing room it seems like a whole new world!!! Man I get WAY too excited thinking about it ;) I have tried to get David "hooked" but honestly I think I overwhelm him... I can't wait for Gigi to get older and be able to share my joy!!
Well, anyway my little sister and her hubby spent part of their honeymoon at THE HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH! I was so jealous... I tried to be excited for them I really tried but it was SO hard! I even asked my sister to call me while she was there so I could "hear" Disneyland. Well, the two newlyweds brought us all back a little piece of Disneyland. Each family got a mickey mouse pancake turner (don't laugh) I LOVE IT! Of course Gracelyn was SPOILED! They brought her back the cutest little minnie mouse skirt! I immediately made some matching hair bows and took way too many photos. Every couple weeks or so I introduce a character to her. SUrPRISE SUrPRISE I have kept all my Disney treasures in great condition in hopes of one day giving them to my kiddos! Well Gigi is now the owner of my Minnie and Mickey beanie babies. She LOVES Minnie and sleeps with her... Mickey not so much yet... that is okay we have a WHOLE year to let her meet the entire Disney crew ;)

Love the little Mini outfit!! You'll have so much next year, even if you are pregnant! Seriously I love Disneyland too!! We love to find all the hidden Mickeys and become best friends with the cast members to get some inside stuff! :)
Everytime I see a commercial I get all warm and toasty inside!! My family is going to Disneyworld in March and we are still debating whether to go or not. I admit, I did shed some tears when I heard they were going!!
Deric still hasn't gotten as excited as I am, but I did get him to go twice last year, so I think he's warming up, just not letting me know. :)
Sorry.. I could talk about Disney all day long! I'm glad to discover another Disney lover!!
Jessica! I am so excited to meet a fellow Disney lover too! There is just nothing like it. I have never been to Disneyworld but I am sure it is amazing! David has never been to California Adventure... and though it is not Disney it is still a must while we are there! I can't believe you went TWICE last year... was this before baby girl or did you take her!! When are you all planning on going with her... she will have so much fun regardless of the age :) I went when I was a few months old and then every year after that.. I think it is so much fun for the parents to see their kiddos lighting up :) Oh man oh man I am so excited!!!
We went to Disneyland last March '08 and stayed in Disneyland hotel then we went again in June with a bunch of friends from church. 2 weeks later, I was pregnant with Sophi!! :)
I've always said I wanted to wait till Sophi would be tall enough to ride all the rides, but I've changed my mind and want to take her once I'm done breastfeeding. She turns 1 in March, so anytime after that!!
Isn't it great how our faces light up just as much as the kid's? :)
You guys need to think about doing a Disney Cruise with us in a few years. We can't wait to go again, and it's Disneymania!!
