Family Time!

We just can't say it enough we LOVE this little girl! There is just something fun about having two kids and being a family of four and we enjoy it so much! Gracelyn continues to LOVE her baby sister she will let us know when Briella is crying and she will get so upset and say "Cry! Cry!" until we are able to soothe Ella. She will rock the swing sometimes gently ;) and her favorite is to put her finger into the soothie pacifier to help keep it in her mouth! Such a good helper! The other night we had some fun and let the girls lay in Gigi's bed together... I see some fun sister sleepovers happening in the future ... yes David and I are already talking about bunk beds for our two beauties!

The other day we went to the Zoo! We still have our membership for another couple of months and are really hoping to use it more often now that the weather is FINALLY cooling down. We went on a beautiful day! Of course just before this our double stroller that we had been given broke and our new one was on its way so we had to take two strollers... our stroller was delivered that next day and we love it! Can't wait to take it to the Zoo on our next adventure!

Of course Briella had to wear her giraffe outfit for her first trip to the Zoo. She slept through the whole thing... no surprise there ;)

Last Saturday David and I decided we needed a date night. It has been so so nice having David off of work for these last 4 weeks!! Of course between the two babies we don't get enough "us" time. We decided since I could FINALLY eat sushi again we would leave the girls, get dressed up and go out on the town! The night was so fun we talked about our future plans and dreams and laughed with one another it was a much needed time away from our girls!

My amazing sister and her hubby offered to watch the girls for us! It was so nice to not have to worry about them while we were out. They have so much experience with both toddler and infants that they pretty much took care of everything! They are both so great with them and will be fabulous wonderful parents one day!

I have been so blessed with such a selfless and amazing husband! My girls bring me so much joy and I look forward to what each new day brings! I am so thankful that my family is so close and can't imagine life without them! God is SO good to us!

Thank you for your thoughts and prayers.. aside from a very tender spot on my right side I am almost healed and recovered! My heart is so full right now we have no reason not to Praise our Lord!!
