SiMpLy BlEsSeD: 7 Months!!

She is STILL our blue eyed blonde haired baby!!!

I can't believe Briella is 7 months old!!! AND I can't believe I am SO late on posting this ahh! I was SO good at keeping up with the blog when Gracelyn was little... sadly I am slacking for my sweet baby! Jenn I have NO idea how you do it EVERY STINKIN WEEK! You are one amazing Mama ;)

Well this has been a fun month because Gracelyn and Briella are "hanging out" more and I just can't get enough of it! They LOVE their baths and Gigi can make her little sister laugh SO hard with barely doing anything... it is wonderful :) I have thankfully filmed some so we have those giggles to look back on when they are older!

Briella is a PRO at rotating haha she can turn on a dime AND roll. Gracelyn never really rolled since she learned to crawl so young... but this kid... she will roll multiple times just to get to something.. even if it means rolling off her floor mat and onto the wood floor. She continues to LOVE her excersaucer and walker... she can entertain herself for a while... which I LOVE. She also wants EVERYTHING her sister has! Tonight Gracelyn had a sucker that Briella really REALLY wanted ... since my darling two in a half year old kept giving her sissy licks... Ella decided she was going to get it! She would make a fist with both hands and PULL Gigi's hand towards her mouth in order to taste it some more ha! This is just the beginning ;)

She is a wonderful eater ... now ;) She eats cereal and fruits in the morning, fruits and veggies for lunch and cereal, and veggie for dinner... sometimes fruit since we LOVE dessert in this house! She was taking 4 oz of milk about 5 times a day but her screaming and grunting now tells us she wants more... AND since she is NOW over 20lbs and growing we have upped her bottles to 5 oz... hopefully it helps! She has learned how to hold her bottle and it is so cute! She can feed herself... yay I loved this stage with G! She also LOVES puffs... she has mastered them and now get VERY excited when I pour a few on her tray! At first Gracelyn would have to feed them to her since Ella couldn't pick them up but now she is getting better and can get them into her mouth one way or another ;)

We are borrowing the Ergo from a friend and it IS indeed amazing!! When I nanny Ella hangs out all day AND takes hour long naps in it YES!

I think it is safe to say she got MORE on her than in her mouth ;)

She is showing NO signs of learning to sit up from a laying down position YAY and has no interest in crawling or even learning to use her knees DOUBLE YAY! I am SO not ready for this little miss to be mobile!! which means the FLOOR will remain her playpen... for now ;)

I can't believe she is over half a year... AND she will be one in less than 5 months ahhhh!!! For those who know me I have started to plan her birthday party and now have narrowed the themes down to three... I would LOVE to combine all of them but that could get a little crazy! So I will be deciding ... less is more... simplicity is key for a one year old's birthday haha

OH! and we can't forget our grass... yay! We took down the fence just after Buster our sweet boxer went to live with another family... he was just too big for this home... now he has a rotweiller to play with and some older kiddos to play with him :) Daisy is learning how to be an old child again... anyway.. here it is !!
