First my camera died ... hence the reason we don't have many pictures on here!
Now my laptop is about to go caput! It won't store any photos which means I can access any of them to post... ugh...
so glad this is the extent of my worries for now... life is good... no, like is GREAT! My girls are growing up so fast! They love sharing a room... most of the time ;)They spend multiple hours playing WITH each other which is new to all of us! I am loving my mornings home with them and appreciate the family dinners we share on the nights I am not working.
David and I are SO madly in love with one another we feel like we are in the honeymoon stage again! Since we got engaged 2m after dating and then got pregnant 5m into our marriage this IS the longest we have had together without babies attached to us ;) He is just wonderful! He picks up the kids from where I work and then does nightime duty... dinner, baths and bed ! He is a full time carreer man and a full time Dad... blessed... I know I am!
David is very much enjoying his new job working for an investment company and can I just tell you HOW much a man's carreer impacts his life. He leaves excited for work, comes home with so much joy and I can just tell he loves what he does! To update you on his tumor. Once it was removed along with half of his right thyroid the pathology came back as a 4 on a scale of malignancy. No further surgeries or medical steps are being taken but he will have blood tests and ultrasounds periodically to check for new growth on the remaining thyroid. All tests have come back with neutral results so he doesn't need any meds or supplements for his missing thyroid! PRAISE!!!! He has had high spirits through this whole trial and I am encouraged and uplifted by his constant trust in God's plan for his life!
I am still working as a nanny and have LOVED watching my kids and the boys I nanny for grow up together! They have become great friends and although they fight like siblings it is sweet to see how much they truly care for one another! Between that and desiging for a new company I am BUSY! So grateful for these jobs and beyond blessed I get to bring my kids! Not to mention I work with one of my best friends so I practically get to see her everyday!
David and I are celebrating our 6th year of marriage this year and since I work for photographers part of our agreement is free photoshoots. This year David and I are taking a day trip up north to re take our wedding photos! Yes I will be getting back into my dress NO I am not trashing it completely ;) We feel like we have a whole new lease on life and just want to re live that special day! Part of our family goal this year is to appreciate the little things, live in the moment and do the things we have always wanted to do... this is one of those! So why you ask?!? Why not ;)
So there is a quick update on our life! Thank you for caring and loving us we are so blessed to have friends and family like you all!
