No bed rest for this busy mama ;)

** There are some pregnancy details in this post mainly for my family out of state to have all the information... feel free to skip this post if you would like :)  **

.:. Our sweet little Adara Jane .:.

We went in for yet another ultrasound to check the position of the placenta and to try and get a good look at Adara's profile since she wasn't cooperating at our previous one. Last time they have discovered that the placenta was really low and covering the cervix. Since I had recently been spotting they were a bit concerned and wanted to get a second look and see if it had moved. Apparently 99% of the time it does move... we just wanted it to move TODAY otherwise I was going to be put on bed rest until it did to reduce the bleeding.

My mom and my little sister were able to come today. They were there to watch Gigi and be my support since my stud was working :) It was so fun for them to see Addi move all around and see her hands and feet... this was the first time for the both of them to see an ultrasound in person!!! We were loving the show but really wanted to hear good news! She measured the amniotic fluid to make sure I wasn't leaking with the spotting... Everything looked great! Next was the position of the placenta... not only did it shift (they like it no closer than 3cm from the cervix) it was 6 BEAUTIFUL cm away... no chance of previa for this mama!!! We were all so relieved... we have been praying about this since we found out that bed rest would be the next step and we were so blessed to have some major prayer warriors out there praying as well!!

Our sweet baby girl (yes she is still a girl... we made sure again) weighed in at 1 pound and 6 oz!! No longer measuring behind... right on schedule for mid to late September... we have yet to set the date :)

Can you believe how beautiful this little girl's tiny features are already! I am starting to get so excited... and I can't wait, only 3 more months until I meet my baby!! I can already imagine a big beautiful bow on her sweet little head ;)

Thank you to everyone who was thinking of our family and praying for us!! We are so thankful for the love and support we have!! Isn't our Lord good... and so faithful to answer our prayers!!! God knew it would just be too hard to be on bed rest with a busy little toddler... at least that is what I think ;)

Love you all!!
