No progress at the Dr. today. She offered to strip my membranes again but I decided against it. I didn't want to go through that again and then deal with all the discomfort and false hope :(
One more week to wait for my baby girl!
Please pray for patience and peace and of course for the health and safety of Gracelyn Shea!

The stripping of membranes is NOT fun, so sorry. If you go over due, I've got some tips for you. I wouldn't worry about the heart rate, those things happen as the baby moves down. You're so close, hang in there!

The good news is that in a month, you'll never remember having to wait soooooo long (and the last month feels like FOREVER!). You'll just remember the first moment you held your sweet baby in your arms.
If you need to fill time this week, double a few meals and put them in the freezer. You'll be very grateful for them during the next month.
yes, I agree with "mommysecrets" and buy some paper utensils so that you don't have to worry about doing dishes.
